There are some products in our new oral care range which are not commercially recyclable. But never fear, we have set up our own recycling program (currently in New Zealand only) to ensure all of your used tubes and toothbrushes can be turned into something else. Unfortunately this program is not currently set up in Australia, please visit Terracycle for local recycling options.

What are we doing with the products?
Toothbrushes
1. Bristles are removed and handles are stored until a sufficient weight is available.
2. Toothbrush handles are ground into chips.
3. The chips are sent to a 3rd party who give the plastic another use in other products.
Toothpaste tubes
We will hold the tubes for the time being and if we can’t find a suitable recycling technology to separate the different layers of the tube ourselves in the near future, we will link into existing specialist recycling schemes.
Thanks for doing your bit for the world!
